Loss is a bit slow, so I'll go for 1-2 ounces less food. Roughly 1.5 pound daily. Keeping the four meal pattern.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 52.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week

I am eating about every 2.5 Hours and has helped reduce the hunger. I also throw in the coffee breaks & the caffeine basically curbs the appetite!! 😎😎😂😂
