2nd day rest after weight lifting ( chicken breast earlier in the day, On this night I ate McDonalds. At least I've got enough protein to grow muscle... Let's see tomorow :)
63 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
