I’m going to fast during work now from 7-3 pm and then allow myself meal/snack after work and dinner at 7pm. It’s that time of the month and has been one of those nights where I’ve been up every couple hours.. hoping today’s better. I’m going to try and drink plenty of fluids and maybe a cup of boillion this afternoon during my break. The weathers nice so I’ll probably go for a walk. Then after work I need to get my oil changed and take the kids to gymnastics so it will be a busy night. I’m already looking forward to going to bed.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
