cool. so I had a massive drop yesterday which is unusual for me... today I am back up a bit, but I am officially below 85kg which is the 2nd mini goal that I have achieved this year! I am sooooo happy!!!!
84.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
