I’ve incorporated weights. Is that what’s going on?! My eating has been good.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Yes, resistance training causes sore muscle, sore muscles need extra water to help in the repair process. Keep it up!
