Well getting back on track and hungry (yesterday at 10:30 my stomach growled during dental work) but had a good loss so I guess its working.....Life is really busy and a bunch of parties so tough time
79.0 kg Lost so far: 32.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
