I weighed myself today for the first time in a long time. It is time to admit to myself that I am very unhappy with my size and my level of fitness, that I lack self respect for myself in the way I treat myself by dealing with my emotions by over eating. I want to start afresh and get back to a healthy weight again.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 52.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck!! You can do it! you’ve already taken the hard-won big step of being honest with yourself, that’s amazing. Now be kind to yourself. getting healthier is like giving yourself an amazing present. You’ve got this 😊 I know it sounds naff but I truly, truly mean it, you’re your own master - you’re going to smash this diet and nobody can stop you

You have done the hard part and that is admitting the problem to yourself. Just take things a day at time before you know it a week, fortnight etc passed.

I can sympathize you..I am exactly the same ,,,& feel the same...my daughter has lost 1&1/2 stone since September last year...she eats what she wants .just adds up her daily calories to 1,400 & has lost it slowly... she's now supporting me to do the same.i do 1,500 a day..sometimes I'm over sometime I'm under.....you can do it...x

you can do this, take it slowly one day at a time. don't worry about how much you have to lose, aim for small target first as it will encourage you and don't think of it as a diet think of self care and doing the best for your body
