So hit the scale on Monday morning
After a week off being diligent with my eating
I was at 197 and did a day fast of lots of water to flush my system
Lunch was chicken and veggies
Hit the scale this morning and I was at 194.4
Healthy is looking good 😊
88.2 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 88.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
