Well I have been away two weekends, and then been to celebrations for graduations so not really losing and still would like to be down 30 pounds so trying to get back on the horse. I think I was actually down a few more pounds but just not tracking.

I have been trying the eat less than 1000 cals and keep carbs to a min, What have other folks been successful with? I drink alot of coffee to keep away hunger. Really not a water fan.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 30.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
