Went up two pounds after my month long holiday. Relieved it’s not more considering we did a lot of visiting and travelling and eating out with being in the road for several weeks. We did walk a lot which probably helped. More than my target steps many days. I also ate a lot of protein at breakfast. Perhaps that was helpful. Anyway, back on track trying to fight jet lag with a five hour time difference. Nice to be at home in my own bed but missing my first home Scotland already. Nice to have my batteries re charged.
