Was husbands bd yesterday..had a cheat meal or two..lol ( had antipasta salad n ravioli..)back on track today and headed to gym.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
