I haven't been on here for a long time, but I'm needing to get back into the swing of things. I've been sick a lot lately and so busy, I've just said forget it with the exercise and eating healthy. Not good I know, but for some reason I've just been in a funk. I'm tired and cranky, and have had sinus infections and the flu this past month, so no fun. This weekend we will be really busy, but after this weekend we'll be able to relax a little and I'm hoping to get back into my exercise routine and eat a little better again too. I'm still not back to the weight I was last year at this time, but I know it will take no time to get there if I keep going down this path. I hope everyone else has been sticking to their plans and doing well!!
