Not keen on going to the doctor tomorrow, but it's hopefully showing some results if I can work on my extra pounds or not. Especially as I didn't like the full stop with my thyroid healing therapy. But the reason was worth to have a break and I wouldn't mind to do it 6 more months. But it doesn't look good currently 😟

62.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
