Been fighting high fasting Bgs all week. Eating well less than allowed cals but not necessarily within carbs. Need to get on a more regular diet with balanced nutrition. Still haven't done shopping since arriving in Socal last week.

Made it through Thanksgiving without much issues.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 28.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
