Lekker "gewerkt" deze week! Voeding strak onder controle gehouden en anders gesport: normaal gesproken 3* per week 5 kwartier kracht en in mindere mate cardio. afgelopen week 4* 45 min pittige cardio gedaan 🤗
77 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
