Knew that yesterday’s weight was incomplete even after weighing self x3. Don’t you just love scales. !! Still a loss from the 16th. No outdoor activity for today. Rain rain. Need to get my waders on. It’s been raining since last Sunday pm
57.4 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
