Have not felt good all day. Stomach ache, headache, backache, to name some of my unease. At one point I felt nauseous. Stressed day.

Nearing the end of three weeks of Metabolic Renewal, and feel I am not burning fat. So I just re-read some chapters of the manual, and realize I have not been doing the 15-minute exercise program they suggest 3x a week. I HATE exercise, but if it helps my metabolism get cranked, then I must.

I will continue to walk 30 minutes every day that I can, in addition to the 3x a week exercises. Now have to find the videos in my MR stuff.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
