Hello to all FatSecret members. Worked out today, and hope to continue my treadmill jogging and weightlifting workout. I actually have been dieting for a few weeks. Chiefly, have been reducing daily calories, and fasting. Would like to get under 265 pounds.
123.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
