I'm almost done cleaning and packing the house. I did so much scrubbing and running up and down stairs and moving furniture this weekend that I feel sore this morning like I had a full-body workout. I also started my cycle last night, so I'm not too concerned about a .3 gain. I'm confident that I'll be in the 180s by next week 🙌🏽
