Made it back home, and am anxious to shed "weight" I might have added in my three days out of town. Making my grocery list for tomorrow so that I can get good, low carb foods back in my diet. On Metabolic Renewal diet and this challenge for at least another week. Onward!
72.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
