As I thought, eating away from home is hard on low carb, high protein diet. But I managed, even with provided lunch, to stay close to my carb limit. Only 28% carbs today.

Now I have to go do my hotel exercise--climbing and descending the stairs. Should be not too far off my food track when I return home tomorrow afternoon after 5 hours of driving.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
