28hr IF fast yesterday - life so busy with no chance to eat - cont with increased activity - next week hopefully returning to gym which will be a new challenge in my life !! 0.2 from short term goal
58.2 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
