DBakerrian's Journal, 11 Apr 19

After two more days of hanging with my Metabolic Renewal food and weight static, needle not moving, I was feeling stupid for staying with this low carb, high protein diet.

But I persevered, and this morning had lost .8 of a pound. Yay! But I mostly credit going back to my walking moderately in helping to get some weight movement.

Now the weekend looms ahead. On an out of town trip and I will be driving the road for hours. I will have to eat out mostly, not much choice in my meals. Also, I'll be in meetings, sitting, for 10-12 hours over the next two days. Am nervous, but think I have the know how to find good food choices, and some kind of exercise. Now I just have to make those good choices.

FS and this Keto-challenge is helping me to stay the course. I'm determined to complete both the challenge and my metabolic renewal in these next 2 weeks. Thanks, everyone for being here!
