Weight down today, again. Had to step on the scale two times this morning, as I expected weight-up after the five 'large' meals yesterday. Still feel stuffed in belly. Shocking, interesting, and fun at the same time.
82.4 kg Lost so far: 46.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
