Well, I half expected to go up a little when I ate nothing but junk yesterday in Grande Prairie. I even had a BIG MAC! I haven't had one of those in years!
I am not too worried though because I have the will power to lose it again. I have been pretty good at keeping within my weight range and not going up too high. I want to make sure that I stay on top of it because I will definitely not be happy if I gain more weight.
