Was really bad yesterday. Didn't eat all day until dinner at which time I ordered Potato Cheese Soup in a Bread Bowl from my favorite place, Kavanaughs. Add to that a Kahlua and Coffee and 1/4 of a Morrisey's Melt (Grilled Cheese, Ham, Turkey, Bacon, Tomatoe and ranch dressing). At least I ignored the fries for the most part (only ate 3). Don't know why the heck I lost weight with that menu. Oh and then I come home and eat 5 orange slices (the candy kind) and 4 squares of Lindt Dark Chocolate with orange and almond. OMG.....back to being a good girl today.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
