The weight loss has slowed down. It can be frustrating at times, but I try not to think about it too much. I'm noticing some changes in my body since I've lost 35 pounds. Clothes are fitting better. I have more energy and stamina. I don't retain as much water in my legs anymore since I'm eating more protein. I'm starting to feel good about myself again. I think eating more healthy foods help with depression. I still have down times, but they are not as frequent. Feeling better is the main reason the depression has started to disappear more and more. I feel like I'm slowly starting to get my life back and I love it. I just wish I wasn't so impatient at times, but I will just have to chill out and deal with it.
145.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 81.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
