T-shirt is looser, but I felt a little bloated. Guess not. :) Just tired from all the shopping and yard work. Still a way to go. Got to get rid of the old lady body. Can't weight until the joints stop hurting. Shoulder seems to have responded to the kickboxing nicely. No more shoulder pain, so a little easier to sleep on my side. Just need to work on that hip pain. Thank God for Imagine Dragons....Their songs keep me going. "Pain....you made me a...you made me a ....believer....believer...." Going to ease back in to some light free weights, if I can figure out where they are. Hubby keeps using them for door stops!
