Will continue Metabolic Renewal food when I join the "Keto Challenge" tomorrow, Monday, April 8 for two more weeks.

Yay! Feel much better about my weight this AM.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
