I had more calories than usual but considering I was out of town and ate out every meal I think I kept it in check pretty well. To improve I could eat only a granola bar for breakfast, drink even less beer (I was already holding back), try and fit in even just a little workout.

54.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
