Lost almost another pound overnight, even though I ate grilled shrimp salad at restaurant last night.

Today, after dentist appointment, ate at Beef 'O' Brady's restaurant (out again!), because it would be an hour before I got home to my lunch. Didn't want to overeat, so I ordered a Chef Salad, which was mostly proteins with deli ham & turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato and lettuce--440 calories. Want to see how long that food lasts before I get hungry again. Turkey chili tonight, probably about 6 PM.

This "no snacking" part of meal plan is killing me, or maybe it is enhancing me. It's hard for me. Felt good today!
