I’m not surprised. It was my child birthday over the weekend. We enjoyed his favorite foods. Worth it!!!

But I’m back on track today!!
61.4 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
