Hooray! down 2 lbs. Great news for me. No April fool joke. Shows me counting calories is working. What has helped me stay within my goal is having a clementine instead of sugary dessert (I love sweets!) after a meal. keeps me motivated to keep going. I'm sure there will be setbacks but so far it's all good.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My husband and I eat clementines every day for our little sweet fix. We share one at breakfast and a second one at dinner time. A pear is another great fruit 'cause it's high in fibre and so yummy.

Any fruit (except banana) is a great great low-calorie dessert. Clementines are just so easy to peel and eat. Thanks for info on pears. In a few months they'll be in season here in Canada.
