Got round two of shingles vaccine yesterday. Weight gain surprised me. I’m assuming it’s all water.

87.0 kg Lost so far: 21.9 kg. Still to go: 9.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 9.5 kg a Week

I visited the CDC website for information about the new Shingrix vaccine. Water retention is not one of them nor is any other weight related issue. Probably a coincidence with your weight gain. I am a pharmacist.
