I feel like I'm always making excuses. I admit I was initially perplexed by this gain, small as it is. But I then recalled I am on an antibiotic right now, which can cause water retention. That's what I'm going with, because everything I have eaten has been on plan. Still, if this happens next week (or maybe the week after, as I'm still taking this amoxicillin for another 3-4 days), I will need to reevaluate portions, which I normally dont have to pay too much attention to on Slow Carb. 🤷♀️ This coming week I have my 6 week checkup, so hopefully I will be working out soon! 💗
