No change in weight today.

I slept late this morning, and really enjoyed it, so I am writing a quick journal from work.

I did pretty good yesterday, stayed within my RDI.

Let's see what the scale does through the week. My main focus will be to stay within RDI, and close to max. I want to see if I can avoid the crazy craving by the end of the week.

Life is good!
93.2 kg Lost so far: 61.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
