Did 167 gram protein yesterday, and wake up with a little muscle soreness. Take that as a sign to go back to my normal near 200 grams. Need more with age.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 43.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

For the fun of it, I will try one day with five meals, each containing near 40 grams of protein. One meal every 2.5 hour. Haven't done that before. Could be fun with a new twist. This might repair muscle better. 😛
