Time to get real with myself!! So.... I have been eating almonds and pork rinds like they were going out of style!!! Almost to the point of gorging myself. This has caused me to have some very uncomfortable constipation, stomach cramping and bloating! But the worst part is I feel so out of control...when it comes to these two foods!! My concern is that I will begin to slide backwards and start using other foods in the same manner. So, last night as I was driving home from my friends house...munching away by the handful... opened the window and dumped the whole bag of almonds out!! When I got home, I confessed to my 20yr old son and then removed the rest of them and the pork rinds from the house!!
I am in control... NOT the toddler within, NOT the years of poor choices, NOT the food...ME! I choose living over momentary indulging...NOT GOING BACK!
85.2 kg Lost so far: 94.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have done this a lot with certain Keto foods. And I know it’s soooo unhealthy. You got this! I have a tendency that if I see I’m using someone as a crutch; beer, foods, anything I’ll stay away from it for a while. Seems to help put my mind back into focus. Doing a great job !!! Keep it up 😎😍💪

Starting reading some old posts of yours and had to laugh. Almonds and pork rinds are like crack to me. Not that I know what that would be like. Anywho, I have cut out the almonds but those crunchy hard chicharones. I’m struggling. 😳😳😳😳
