I know what caused this weight gain, I was a little less focused on getting extra steps in this weekend on top of my T25 AND I really wasn’t up for cooking a lot so we ate leftover and quick freezer foods and of course treats with the kids. I’m so exhausted lately with the cooking 3 large meals a day and making sure there is good items for the kids and husband to pack in their lunches during the week. As of late I’ve been averaging 2-2.5 hours a day working out. I don’t know what other people on here are doing for workouts but I feel like what I’m doing isn’t adequate and I need to find a better way to tone up/lose the mommy tummy but I just haven’t figured it out yet. My legs are looking good and my arms are getting there but the mommy tummy is still clearly there and is being stubborn at leaving.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
