Atkins was not working so for the last 2 days I have been only eating one meal at around 2 or 3 pm and drinking coffee, seltzer and diet drinks during the day. Almonds were a snack if I was starving. Dropped 2 or 4 pounds but I assume its water weight. Hopefully it was jump start my metobolism

The week before I tipped over 190 so I had to do something new. I have 2 big events at the event of April and beginning of May so I need to drop 20 plus pounds to fit into a dress.

THe one meal thing hasn't been too bad. not headaches even though I am adding in decaf coffee and some hunger but not terrible
84.8 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
