Was hungry in evening and did not say no to a lemon macaroon (sugar).
Tasted OK but nothing amazing.
Did go for a walk so that was good
77.1 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
