I been so out of wack lately. No energy, not wanting to do anything and its showing. So today i decided to get back on track. Got a gym membership at Golds Gym and starting to get my weight under control. Wish me luck.
108.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
