A NEW DAY... A NEW ATTITUDE

I found that what worked best for me when I lost all my weight last year was my cheat day usually it was Thursday night pizza and beer.. well I have adopted Sundays as my chill and relax food day! and I still lost weight this week. that number 200 scared the crap outta me!!
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
