After a seven month carniviore scale-less break, I've started using the scale again. I'll carry on with the muscle building protocol (4x50g Protein a day) but consume leaner and fresher meats than I have up until now.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 41.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
