The only thing I did was watch my calories. No soda! or Sweets. 1 Sweet I should say. walked 3 miles Mon, Tues, Wed. Will do it again this week! Weigh in again on Monday. I also Cut out coffee and sub it for peach tea
77.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
