Happy Pi day everyone.

So it's been since December that I was below 260, and NO I didn't have a massive dump last night. I think my scale is giving me a bone to celebrate my one week of "Lent Diet" and faithfully sticking it out with NO poultry. We'll see tomorrow what it says, before we believe it.

Yep 1 week down and No Poultry. Harder to do than I'd expected, but sticking to it. Leave for SBA next Tuesday, so that's when the real challenge will start. Conference should have lots of salad options, but finding those without chicken anymore is extremely difficult.
