Eating whatever...and how much I want. I got frustrated and am now trying to get back on track. Going back to the gym with more regularity. My challenge is to stop before I put the junk in my mouth. I'm usually not even hungry. Just bored or stressed. That's when I'll see the weight come off. My stomach looks bigger simply because I haven't been going to the gym on a regular basis and doing my ab exercises. I'm happy that I have done some aerobic and weight training this week.

good job and the main thing to remember is that you realize and have caught your own mistake and are doing something about it to get back on track. congrats on the weight loss so far that is incredible and I look forward to the day I have lost most of my weight as well.
