Mostly south beach, a few drink and some light night appetizer spring rolls. Going for all south beach today maybe throw in an apple and also yoga tonight.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
