So disappointed! Gained 1/2 pound. Guess I'll cut out ALL cookies for the coming week and see what happens. I thought eliminating the 2 cookies I ate each morning after breakfast AND replacing a 200 calorie Kind bar (that I ate every day at work) with 14 almonds would count for something! Oh well.....
