It's weird, this morning I woke up feeling lighter, my stomach flat, I thought I would have lost weight. But my weight is up. oh well 🤷‍♀️😊

I can't tell what is it, I am currently gaining weight 💪and it's inevitable not to gain 🐖. Due to my lack of sleep this week yesterday I was really stressed and hungry, so I ate a lot. So a gain was expected, I am happy to wake up feeling lighter, though.

I still did morning and afternoon workout yesterday, and Last night I slept great. 👌💃

Hay, 'soon to be flatter stomach friend' . Lack of sleep, stress, bad batteries, hard workouts, can make our weight go ziggity z-a-g-g-o-t-y. Hang in there ;)
